ELECTRONIC NOTETAKING This service is intended for anyone who is unable to take notes for themselves in a business or educational setting. This includes people with dyslexia, visual or mobility impairment, or D/deaf and deafblind people, for whom notetaking is impossible whilst lipreading or watching an interpreter.
The notetaker will accompany the client to a lecture or meeting, and produce a detailed set of summary notes using a laptop and specialist notetaking software. The service is very flexible and the notes will be tailored according to the client's specifications. Individual speakers can be differentiated and all verbal communication, including jokes and asides, included where required.
Afterwards, the notes can be saved immediately to the client's memory stick or disk. Alternatively an edited version of the transcript can be emailed within 48 hours.
